OUR RETURNS POLICY
Customers who order unsuitable items from Asgardjewels.com are entitled to return their goods in their original, unworn condition within 14 working days of delivery and a refund of your returned item(s) would be offered upon receipt. Please note that all goods will be checked of their weight, carat and dimensions before any refund will be made.
Please note that whilst your returned order is in transit it is still your responsibility and we therefore advise that you send items by recorded, registered and special delivery to insure the value of your goods.
All goods can be returned to us for a full refund on the cost of goods or exchange within 14 days of purchase providing they are unworn and unused. Some items are excluded from our exchange and return policy for hygiene reasons, and this will be mentioned in the relevant item description.
We also cannot accept returns of following items unless they were faulty on receipt:-
- Bespoke items made solely on your specification
- Jewellery to fit piercings
Items must be untampered, unworn and still have their tags and labels attached.
We will process your return as soon as possible after inspection, although we kindly ask you to leave anything up to 14 days for processing. You have a statutory right to have a full refund including your outbound postage and packing charges originally paid to us, if you notify us in writing within 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend on returning your order to us.
For items being returned to us, please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Asgard Jewels cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
To return goods, please mail us initially informing us of your desire to return the item and the reason of return. When approved, then simply fill out the return section of the invoice carefully, package the goods in suitable wrapping and return to us at the address stated on the reverse of the invoice. Please ensure the invoice is included with the goods and that you’ve marked on it what you’re returning and why. If you no longer have the original invoice, please include your online order details with order number or customer number. If any items are to be sent in exchange of those returned after approval, you will have to place a fresh order. The money for the previous order will be refunded back to your bank account. Depending on our our bank’s settlement cycle, it could take between 10-14 business days to reach your bank account / card.
REFUNDS
You can return items to us by post free of charge within 14 days of item receipt, and you will be refunded with the payment method you used to place the order.
Items must be returned with a completed returns form. Please also ask for proof of postage after the parcel is dispatched. Please remember that the item is the buyer’s responsibility until the item reaches us. Therefore please ensure the item is covered with enough insurance in case of any loss or damage before its arrival to the Returns Centre.
Furthermore, please follow below instructions:
- Please include the notice and original despatch note or a copy inside your parcel
- Please highlight or place a tick next to the items you are returning on the despatch note
- Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box
- Please note that pierced items can only be returned in their original sealed packaging
- Make sure the package is sealed securely.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for Personalised or Engraved items unless the item is faulty or does not match the specifications specified in your order.
