Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. Asgard Jewels will not be held responsible for money not redeemed before this point.
Physical Gift Vouchers will normally be dispatched within two working days via Tracked Royal Mail delivery.
e-Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient within 2 hours of purchase.
Asgard Jewels Gift Vouchers will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Asgard Jewels is not responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
Gift Voucher quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Asgard Jewels cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
